​When Jesus instructed His disciples on how they should pray, He told them that they needed to understand that the Father's will was that His Kingdom come on earth, just as it is in heaven.  The realm of the Kingdom of God often uses people, along with earthly tools and vessels, but it operates high above what this earthly realm can comprehend. It is our Father's will that we soar on earth. Many people spend their entire lives never truly finding their purpose: the specific reason why they were created. The Word of God states, "You saw me before I was born. Everyday of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed." Psalm 139:16 NLT.  What has God already written for you before you were even formed? What is your purpose? True passion lies within that purpose.  Find it, and you will find true joy and fulfillment.

Much like a sports coach does, my job is to bring the big vision into clear focus and help you establish the "game-plan" that is necessary to win the race.  "Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way that you get the prize." I Corinthians 9:24.  You get the prize when you come into the fulfillment of all that God has for you.
